Exercise and Activity

Exercise is one the most important keys to success when living with Parkinson's disease (PD). Exercise has been proven to help alleviate the symptoms of Parkinson's. There are a variety of exercises that are beneficial for individuals with Parkinson's. No matter what you like to do, the most important key to exercising - keep moving! The Parkinson Association of the Rockies offers a variety of exercise and activity classes to help you stay physically and mentally healthy.
