Artful Expressions classes are designed specifically with PD in mind. “When I am making art, I am not focused on my disease or its symptoms such as tremors or dyskinesia. I feel relaxed and peaceful when I am so focused on creating new images.” - Kris Krishnan from Art as Therapy for Parkinson’s Disease by Harriet Wadeson, PhD, ATR-BC, HLM, LCSW.
