Beginning and continuing an exercise program can be difficult. This is especially true for individuals with neurologic conditions given the problems with motivation, mobility, mood, apathy, fatigue and pain. Therapeutic exercise has both science and clinical experience behind the growing message that exercise is medicine. Learn more about Sierra Farris and her background in exercise. This event is free.
