PAR provides programs and services that give a patient the tools they need to ease Parkinson related symptoms. Whether it be a visit from a case manager in the comfort of one's home or the use of a specialized piece of medical equipment, PAR's resources help ease the burden of the disease.
About Us
The Parkinson Association of the Rockies has been serving the Rocky Mountain community for over 25 years. Formed in 1981, PAR is considered a valuable resource for those with the disease and to those who care for them. PAR provides a myriad of direct care services including 30 support groups, in-home case assessment and exercise instruction, and an information and referral hotline. Educational literature and seminars provide information on every aspect of the disease, including medications, common treatments and carepartner tips. Our equipment loan program consists of specialized durable medical equipment available to the member at no cost.
