Exercise and Movement Classes

The Parkinson Association of the Rockies is pleased to offer exercise classes in the Denver metro area. A liability waiver from your doctor is all that is required for any Parkinson Association class. PAR for the course classes are $2/session and High Intensity Exerice is $10/session.
