When first diagnosed, it is common to feel scared and alone. When you are ready to find support from people who understand what you are going through, joining a support group can be a rewarding experience.
The Parkinson Association's support group network helps to lift the burden of coping with Parkinson's disease by teaching patients and caregivers how to help themselves while helping each other. We invite you to attend one of the 40 groups available throughout Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska.
If you plan to attend a new support group, please contact the leader of that group in advance so the leader can add you to their contact list for any emergency changes to their meeting time.

Disclaimer:
Support groups are for patients, family members and care partners to share with one another in a confidential setting. The Parkinson Association of the Rockies requests that service providers, students and product representatives refrain from attending and contacting these support groups. Please respect each group’s privacy and do not do solicit by telephone or e-mail. We do not allow our support group information to be shared or sold.
